Vladimir Putin held a meeting with permanent members of the Security Council. The official Pres Release from Kremlin states, that the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has to issue a warning for Russian citizens planing a visit in Georgia.
"During a discussion on Georgia, they agreed on the dangerous nature of the Russophobic provocation against Russian lawmakers that had been orchestrated by local radicals. The Foreign Ministry was instructed to warn Russian citizens, including tourists who plan to travel to Georgia or who are already there, about the potential dangers created by the radicals’ actions,"- is stated in official pres release of Kremlin.
