I think that a very interesting period will start from the summer of 2021, - the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank of Georgia Archil Gachechiladze told Giorgi Isakadze in Forbes Talks.
He has summed up 2020 and noted that to use the word "satisfaction" in the assessment of this year will be very exaggerated. However, he said that this word can be used to refer to the unity of the bank team during the crisis.
In addition, the CEO of the Bank of Georgia noted that despite the high and uncertain risks that have arisen at the beginning of 2020, today they can confidently say that these risks are assessed and overcome.
"I mean in overcoming that the relevant reserves have been created and this is already reflected in our indicators. So, in terms of both capital and liquidity, we have an absolutely solid situation to comfortably serve our customers, help them grow and take big steps in 2021. 2021 will be a special year, because we feel that this [crisis] is over, we will be able to implement the ideas that we have had for a long time", said Archil Gachechiladze.
