According to Amiran Gamkrelidze, head of the National Center for Disease Control, students are the most passive in the vaccination process. As he said after the interagency council meeting, only 17% of the students have been fully vaccinated.
"In terms of vaccination, unfortunately, we have the lowest rate among students. Out of 138 thousand students, only 17% are fully vaccinated. I urge students to get vaccinated if they want to resume education, "said Amiran Gamkrelidze.
