Salmon of Guria Fish Farming To Appear On The Market From 2023

Norwegian salmon produced in Georgia will appear on the market from 2023. Guria Fish Farming is going to invest 200 million GEL in Shekvetili.

The project is being implemented in 5 stages, after which the farm will produce more than 5,000 tons of salmon. After the finish of the first phase, the farm will receive 700 tons of salmon.

As Vano Doborjgenidze, director of Guria Fish Farming, told bm.ge, in addition to the local market, the company plans to enter the Eastern countries.
