In Georgia, 769 new confirmed cases of virus infection were detected in the last 24 hours. The total number of confirmed cases detected since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in the country is 358,360.
 
Out of 769 new cases of infection detected in the country today: 455 cases were detected in Tbilisi, Adjara - 46, Imereti - 62, Kvemo Kartli - 58, Shida Kartli - 23, Guria - 4, Samegrelo - Zemo Svaneti - 44, Kakheti - 44, Mtskheta-Mtianeti - 14, Samtskhe-Javakheti - 9, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti - 10.
 
Currently, there are 9,349 active cases of infection, of which: 2,764 people are treated in hospitals, including 1,481 in Tbilisi hospitals, 210 in Adjara, 386 in Imereti. At this stage, 659 people are seriously ill, including 299 in Tbilisi and 29 in Adjara. 57, in Imereti-134. There are 179 people on artificial respiration, 112 of them in Tbilisi, 11 in Adjara, 12 in Imereti. 584 people are accommodated in clinical hotels, including 341 in Tbilisi and 214 in Adjara. 6 001 people undergo a course of virus treatment in a residential apartment.
 
Also, 44 ​​people are placed in quarantine areas, including 40 in Tbilisi and 4 in Adjara.

It should be noted that from October 6 to June 18, a total of 24,861 people were transferred from the state border to quarantine areas.
 
At this stage, 10,052 people are in self-isolation, including 3,651 in Tbilisi, 1,189 in Adjara and 1,097 in Imereti.
