As of January 31, 2025, 16 229 persons of different categories have benefited from cumulative pension, and the amount paid to them is GEL 65.8 million.
According to the Pension Agency of Georgia, the body keeps the savings of 1,591,000 citizens.
As of January 31, the Pension Agency's assets amounted to 6.3 billion GEL, and total revenues reached 1.54 billion GEL.
As of the Law of Georgia "On Funded Pensions", pension/pension assets can be received in the following cases:
* Upon reaching retirement age by the participant;
* Upon limiting the participant's capabilities;
* Transfer of pension assets to the participant's heir;
* Upon leaving Georgia permanently.
