"The Agency implements the state program for reintegration assistance of returned migrants for Provision of IDPs, Eco-migrants, and Livelihoods and its goal is to support the reintegration process.

"The program, in addition to funding income projects, provides vocational education, medical care, and temporary housing," the ministry said in a statement.

The Agency for Refugees, Eco-Migrants, and Livelihoods says that the funded projects are monitored for two years. If the beneficiary leaves the activity and decides to leave the country, they may even have to pay a sanction.
