Buying a home is a major decision that requires time and careful consideration, a process that can be particularly challenging for Georgians living abroad who cannot visit properties in person. Developer White Square has introduced detailed 3D apartment tours on its website to make the process more accessible and transparent.
The virtual tours allow potential buyers to explore an apartment’s layout, interior space and ceiling height, visualize potential interior designs, and see the views from windows and balconies. The feature gives buyers a more realistic sense of the property than traditional floor plans and renderings.
For Georgian emigrants, purchasing property remotely has traditionally meant relying on drawings and visualizations or asking relatives and friends in Georgia to visit apartments on their behalf. With the new 3D tours, prospective buyers can explore properties directly from a smartphone or computer, regardless of where they live.
“Our goal is to make selecting and purchasing an apartment as simple and convenient as possible for every customer, regardless of their location,” said Tina Khapava, White Square’s head of marketing. She added that the 3D tours have been particularly useful for emigrants, allowing them to virtually experience their future home and its views. The tours are available on White Square’s website by selecting a project, floor and apartment.
