Residential property prices in Georgia are expected to continue rising, according to Irakli Burdiladze, managing partner of developer White Square. He said the increase reflects strong demand driven by economic growth and rising household incomes.

Burdiladze said property prices are growing at a pace consistent with economic expansion, describing the trend as a sign of healthy demand. He noted that prices were about 9% higher year-on-year this year and are likely to keep increasing.

He also pointed to a slight decline in new construction permits compared with last year, which could further tighten supply relative to demand. In his view, the combination of strong demand and slower growth in new permits will support further price increases.

Galt & Taggart data show that apartments sold in Tbilisi were worth $2.45 billion in the first seven months of 2026, up 27.3% year-on-year. Sales rose 17% in the secondary market and 30% in the primary market.
