A total of 18,848 vacancies were posted on Jobs.ge between November 2025 and January 2026, marking an 8.9% increase compared to the same period a year earlier, according to PMCG’s Employment Tracker.
In January 2026 alone, 6,414 vacancies were published on the platform. This represents an 8.6% increase compared to December 2025 and a 4.6% rise year-on-year compared to January 2025.
According to the study, on a monthly basis, the largest growth in vacancies was recorded in the administration and management category (+16%), while the information technology and programming category was the only sector that saw a decline (-4.1%).
On a yearly basis, the biggest increase was seen in sales and procurement (+13.4%), while the largest decline was again recorded in information technology and programming (-1.2%).
During the three-month period, the number of vacancies by category was distributed as follows:
- 5,016 vacancies in sales and procurement (+16.1% year-on-year);
- 4,124 vacancies in finance and statistics (+12.6%);
- 824 vacancies in information technology and programming, which still represents a 22.6% increase compared to the same period a year earlier.
