Soso Nibladze, one of the founders of "Zoti Holding" and the managing partner of FIZ, says that during this time, 2 enterprises have already started operating in the territory of FIZ. However, according to him, the interest of companies is growing. Nibladze states that 1 pharmaceutical warehouse has already been opened in the industrial zone of Tbilisi with Azerbaijan investment, and a Turkish company will also open a building of the same concept with an investment of USD 2 million.
"We built the first multifunctional building, which was sold before the completion phase. Two important enterprises have entered, one is an Azerbaijan enterprise producing passenger and freight elevators, and the other is a Ukrainian company producing construction nets.
As far as the pharmaceutical sector, one was implemented out of 2 new projects in the last 8 months, a pharmaceutical warehouse in line with GDP standards was already built. Azerbaijan company has already completed the construction of a 1500 square meter building and this company has started operating.
We finished the negotiations with the second company, one of the serious Turkish companies, which is starting to implement the project with an investment of USD 2 million and a pharmaceutical warehouse of up to 2000 square meters will be built. A Turkish company implements the project, but in Georgia its name is Abulpharm", says Soso Nibladze.
