Tbilisi is known for its vibrant nightlife, ranking among the top cities in the world. This reputation is backed by the diversity and quality of its clubs, often highlighted in international publications.
Recently, a new app called clubnparty launched in Georgia, aiming to connect partygoers with event organizers. Unlike traditional ticket-selling platforms, clubnparty focuses on digitizing house parties.
According to co-founder Shio Khetsuriani, who spoke with TECH INFORM, the app currently boasts around 700 active users who have attended over 60 events hosted through the platform
“Right now, we have nearly 700 active users, and as our user base grows, so does the number of events hosted on clubnparty. This weekend, nine parties were listed on the app, and we’re expecting more, as new events are typically added between Wednesday and Thursday. I’ve even had a few people in Tbilisi tell me they’ve heard about clubnparty, which is exciting. We’re starting here in Tbilisi, but we plan to expand the platform internationally in the future.
The app is entirely focused on entertainment, as the name suggests. Users can find everything from daytime pool parties to evening gatherings. This means we’re catering to a specific niche and don’t host other types of events. One of clubnparty’s key features is its carefully selected target audience—people who are looking for fun, either the same day or the next,” Khetsuriani shared with TECH INFORM.
In an interview on BMG, Khetsuriani revealed that the beta version of the app is currently available on iOS. So far, clubnparty has facilitated over 60 events, most of which were organized by clubs. Looking ahead, the team plans to roll out a payment feature, enabling users to digitize house parties and even generate income through the platform.
