As for the prices, the annual price shows a 5-7% increase. They don't expect any discounts in the company.
"Real estate prices were growing for the first 8 months of this year, compared to the same period last year. There were some ups and downs due to known events, but in July and August there is some progress and the market is trending upwards. Prices increased by 5-7% both in our country. We do not expect that there will be a big difference until the end of the year.
We really do not expect a decrease, because there is no tendency for this, the demand is growing. As for the competition, the environment today is much more competitive than it was 2-3 years ago, which only benefits the customer," - Shio Khetsuriani told BMG.
