A total of 971 Georgian citizens were employed abroad through licensed recruitment agencies between June 2025 and May 2026, according to the government's annual program implementation report.
The report states that 14 recruitment agencies obtained certification to operate in overseas employment placement during the period, in compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
In Georgia, agencies facilitating legal employment abroad must receive authorization and registration from the Labour Inspection Service.
