According to the business register, 50% of the company's share is owned by Carliston Ventures, a company based in the Virgin Islands, 25% by "Greentree Holdings", a company registered in St. Lucia, and 25% by Avtandil Kvitsiani, who also holds the position of the company's director.
According to the project published on the website of the City Hall Architecture Service, the building will have 15 floors, and its height will be 51 meters.
