On December 15, the Ministry of Infrastructure announced a tender on the development plan for the central part of Tskaltubo.
Namely, the Ministry is purchasing services for developing the central part of Tskaltubo, in accordance with the concept of the General Plan. According to the Ministry, the concept of the General Plan was approved by the City Council on September 30 this year.
The Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure is expected to pay GEL 600 thousand for the service. Acceptance of bids starts on January 26 and ends on January 31.
According to the tender documents, the winning company must complete the project within 120 days after signing the contract.
In addition, tender participant organizations/ or managers must have experience in working on a similar project.
According to the Ministry, the winner will be announced late in February.
