Irakli Burdiladze, managing partner of White Square and BK Holding declares, that the real estate prices will continue to grow, although the scale will not be as large as in previous years.

Burdiladze stated that despite the decline, the situation in the industry is healthy and it is growing in terms of money.

“The growth rate will not be the same as it was in 2024 or 2023 and 2022, but this does not mean that it will not be, the growth rate will decrease, which is natural. In previous years, there was exogenous growth due to one-time factors. It was the influx of migrants, that increased the demand for rental apartments, and the increase in public demand led to an increase in the attractiveness of this property for investors. We no longer have exogenous factors now. But, economic growth in Georgia is quite high, it was 11% in January, this is translated into an increase in household incomes, and when incomes increase, first of all, it improves the living conditions.

Therefore, I do not see any risks, I do not know in which layer the expectations have deteriorated. We and our partner company are going to invest more than $100 million in one specific project, and beyond that, we have 8 more projects. In addition, we are going to launch 2 new projects this year,” Burdiladze said.
