Developer Archi, in partnership with Next and international hospitality brand Swissôtel, is launching the Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort project on the Black Sea coast. According to Archi CEO Shio Khetsuriani, Kobuleti currently has some of the strongest tourism and development potential in Georgia.
The company has introduced a special offer for the first 50 apartments, featuring preferential pricing and payment terms. Khetsuriani says the promotion is designed to create an attractive investment opportunity for early buyers.
Located just 50 meters from the beach, the resort combines a natural, forested environment with convenient access to Batumi, which is about a 20-minute drive away. The project aims to offer a five-star resort experience focused on relaxation, family vacations, and premium amenities.
The $300 million development will include three buildings featuring a Swissôtel-branded hotel, residential and investment apartments, indoor and outdoor pools, a conference center, restaurants, a casino, a 2,500-square-meter fitness center, spa and wellness facilities, children's entertainment areas, lounges, and bars. It will also become Kobuleti’s first internationally branded five-star hotel, operated under Accor’s premium Swissôtel brand.
