Georgian MP Archil Gorduladze submitted his property declaration on May 31, 2026. According to the document, his income last year from his position as Chair of the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Affairs amounted to GEL 119,731 net.
The declaration shows that Gorduladze does not own any registered real estate in his name. His wife, Tamta Kanteladze, however, owns several properties in Tbilisi, located on Evgeni Mikeladze Street. The properties, purchased in 2023, include a 75.7 sq.m apartment acquired for USD 61,500, a 45 sq.m apartment purchased for USD 36,500, and a 2.3 sq.m commercial space bought for USD 2,000.
The document also indicates that in May 2024 Gorduladze took a GEL 188,350 mortgage loan from Bank of Georgia, with his wife listed as a co-borrower. In 2025, the family paid GEL 73,713.35 toward servicing the loan. Kanteladze, who works in the insurance sector, earned GEL 29,792.62 as chief lawyer at insurance company Unison, an additional GEL 621.97 in service payments, GEL 2,461.20 from insurance and reinsurance broker Arriba, and GEL 4,112.24 from Privati.
In addition, Kanteladze received rental income from apartments in Tbilisi amounting to USD 6,000 and GEL 1,000 during the year. The family’s bank accounts hold more than GEL 13,000 and over USD 2,300.
