On October 8, Armenian Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan held a meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Yerevan, Claudia Busch.
The meeting was also attended by Letizia Carnevali, Portfolio Manager of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), and Zara Chatinyan, representative of the Armenian office of the German Development Bank (KfW).
At the beginning of the meeting, Gevorg Papoyan congratulated the ambassador on her appointment and expressed confidence that Claudia Busch’s work would contribute to the development of multifaceted relations between Armenia and Germany.
During the discussion, a wide range of topics were addressed, including the progress of existing programs between the two countries, further steps to expand bilateral cooperation, and prospects for long-term and sustainable economic development.
