On September 9, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan hosted a high-level delegation from Luxembourg, led by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Xavier Bettel.
The meeting, which took place in Yerevan, focused on strengthening bilateral relations and addressing regional issues. Prime Minister Pashinyan welcomed the visit as an excellent opportunity to discuss the current state of Armenia-Luxembourg relations and explore avenues for further cooperation.
During the talks, Pashinyan expressed his gratitude to Minister Bettel for accepting the invitation to participate in the upcoming "Yerevan Dialogue" conference, highlighting the importance of such diplomatic engagements.
Minister Bettel emphasized Luxembourg's commitment to consistently developing and expanding political and economic ties with Armenia. He noted the close dialogue that exists between the two countries and expressed confidence in the continued strengthening of bilateral cooperation.
The discussions also touched upon Armenia's relations with the European Union, reflecting the broader context of Armenia's engagement with European partners. Additionally, the leaders exchanged views on the ongoing peace negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, demonstrating the regional significance of the talks.
