Armenian and Spanish leaders Nikol Pashinyan and Pedro Sanchez emphasized the necessity of expanding and deepening trade and economic ties.
According to the Armenian government's press service, a meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez took place on July 18, on the sidelines of the 4th European Political Community Summit.
The parties touched upon various aspects of developing cooperation between Armenia and Spain. Pashinyan and Sanchez highlighted the need to expand and deepen trade and economic relations and to take consistent steps in this direction.
They also discussed issues related to the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan. In this context, Prime Minister Pashinyan presented the key positions of the Armenian side.
There was also an exchange of views on the development of Armenia-EU cooperation.
