Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, on a working visit to New York, met with Oman's Minister of Economy Said Mohammed Al Dahris.
During the meeting, they discussed opportunities for sectoral cooperation within the framework of the political dialogue between Armenia and Oman, according to the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Particular attention was paid to enhancing regional connectivity and the importance of unblocking and expanding economic and transport communications. Mirzoyan presented the Armenian government's "Crossroads of Peace" project, highlighting its potential for regional stability and economic development.
The discussions also covered digitalization programs of mutual interest to both countries.
Mirzoyan briefed Al Dahris on the security situation in the South Caucasus and stressed the importance of a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
