David Garibyan, Deputy Director of the "Legislation Development Center" Fund, participated in the sixth meeting of the Armenia-European Union Partnership Committee on Trade in Brussels, where he presented Armenia's position on dispute resolution provisions.

The meeting was chaired by Marco Düerkop, Head of Europe and Eastern Neighborhood Affairs at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Trade, on the EU side, and by Deputy Minister of Economy of Armenia Narek Hovakimyan on the Armenian side. During the meeting, the parties discussed activities and corresponding roadmaps implemented as part of the trade and trade-economic cooperation under the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between Armenia and the EU.

Following the agenda item on "Dispute Resolution," the Committee signed a decision and adopted relevant annexes, including the documents "Code of Conduct," "Mediation Mechanism," and "Rules of Procedure."
