Industrial production in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) increased by 5.2% from January to May 2024 compared to the same period in 2023, according to the Telegram channel of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
Industrial production growth was observed in all EAEU member states, with Armenia recording the highest increase at 22%. Other member states also saw growth: Kyrgyzstan by 2.6%, Belarus by 8%, Russia by 5.2%, and Kazakhstan by 3%.
Earlier, BMG reported that from January to May 2024, the volume of industrial production in Armenia reached 1.18 trillion drams (over $3 billion), which is 22% more compared to the same period in 2023.
