A plot of land exceeding 2 hectares and a public area in a prestigious district of Yerevan have been returned to state ownership, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced on his Facebook page.
According to a court decision, the state has regained ownership of a residential plot covering 2.1 hectares and a public area of 34.76 square meters, located at 25/2 Admiral Isakov Avenue. The total value of the reclaimed property is estimated at approximately $9.6 million USD.
The return of the property was achieved as part of a settlement agreement
