Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will not fly to Kyrgyz capital Bishkek to participate in a session of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers, slated for October 12, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Ani Badalyan told the Public Television of Armenia.
She said an Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister will instead participate in the session.
Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin told Russian RBC news outlet that Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers could meet in Bishkek, noting that the Azerbaijani side had given its consent to it, ARKA reports.
