According to the latest consolidated data, Armenia's construction industry has demonstrated significant growth, recording a 16% increase. This was announced by the Chairman of the Urban Development Committee of Armenia, Yeghiazar Vardanyan, during a briefing with journalists.
The head of the committee highlighted that construction remains one of the leading sectors of the country’s economy and continues to show steady growth. He noted that the current figures could increase substantially by the end of the year, considering the specifics of the industry.
Vardanyan emphasized that construction companies traditionally submit final reports on completed work during the last months of the year - November and December.
"This gives us reason to forecast that the final annual growth figures for the construction sector will be even more impressive," he stated.
