Armenia’s foreign trade turnover in January-November 2021 amounted to $7.418.4 billion, having soared by 16.6% from the same period in 2020, according to the National Statistical Committee (NSC).
It said in November 2021, the foreign trade increased by 44.6% compared to November 2020 and by 8.5% compared to October 2021. In Armenian drams, the foreign trade in January-November 2021 stood at 3.730.7 trillion, ARKA reports.
Exports in January-November 2021 grew by 19.4% to $2.711.3 bln compared to January-November 2020. In November 2021, compared to November 2020, the growth was 42.1% and 10.9% compared to October 2021. In drams terms, exports totaled 1.366.1 trillion.
Imports during the reporting period amounted to $4.707.1 billion, registering an increase of 15.1% compared to January-November 2020. Imports in November 2021 rose by 45.9% compared to November 2020 and by 7.2% compared to October 2021. In dram equivalent, imports were worth 2.364.6 trillion drams. ($1 - 477.97 drams).
