According to Kakha Lomidze, despite the surplus in the local market, the demand from Central Asia is still growing, especially in the market of Kazakhstan, so the business predicts that prices will start to rise in the spring of 2024.
"We already have an excessive number of cars in the Georgian market, but the trend of sales is very high from Central Asia, which is one of the most important for us. Sales have grown by more than 400% this year compared to the three quarters of the previous year.
Due to the excess, the cost of cars is reduced by 10-15% on the Georgian market, because the customer has more choices. Prices have decreased much in the American market as well", says Kakha Lomidze, marketing manager of "Caucasus Auto Import".
