Tbilisi’s average occupancy rate remained relatively stable and amounted to 65% in November 2022.
The hotel occupancy in the seaside region surpassed 2019 level by 5 pp, however, overall seaside occupancy significantly has diminished due to the closure of small and medium entities after the end of the active, summer season.
The occupancy level in the Kakheti region also enjoyed positive results outperforming the 2019 level by 15 pp.
In November, the average daily rate in large hotels fully recovered as the rate constituted 100% relative to the 2019 level. High occupancy, coupled with high ADR indicates strong demand.
