Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on additional measures to improve the social well-being of the population.
According to the decree, the minimum wage has been set at AZN345 ($202.65) from January 1, 2023, local media reports.
Pursuant to the same news agency, the country also raises minimum labor pension.
President Aliyev "has signed a decree on additional measures to improve the social welfare of the population. According to the decree, the Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to submit proposals to the president on bringing the minimum labor pension to AZN280 ($164.7)", Azernews reports.
