Azerbaijan plans to increase non-oil exports to $ 2.2 billion, Trend reports quoting the country's economy minister.
 
As the Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikhail Jabarov stated at the economic event "Foreign Business in Azerbaijan", the state plans to increase the country's GDP by 4%.
 
"In addition, one of the driving forces of the Azerbaijani economy is oil exports, which have grown by 37% this year. At the same time, we plan to increase non-oil exports to $ 2.2 billion in the future," Jabarov said.

According to him, several electronic platforms are being set up in Azerbaijan to support businesses, transparency in subsidies and lending. According to Mikhail Jabarov, in the first 6 months of this year, tax revenues increased by 13.8% compared to the same period last year, which exceeds their expectations by 23%.
