January 12, 2020, 18:00 is determined as redemption date.
The value for the ordinary share of Laguna Vere Sports Complex is GEL 3.62 (three GEL and sixty two tetri).
A special account has been opened in favor of the rest of the shareholders for the redemption of all remaining shares (which constitute 0.03% of the posted shares) for the benefit of the remaining shareholders", the report said.
