On August 10, Irakli Abesadze announced that Cartu Fund had sold Laguna Vere.
It is clear from the extract from the public register that the territory of 12,665 square meters was officially transferred to Neo City Development from August 10, 2023.
The preliminary purchase agreement between Laguna Vere and Neo City Development LLC was signed on August 7.
