At first, Revaz Sokhadze, the chairman of the Urban Planning and Civil Economy Commission, and Lile Liparteliani, the representative of the "National Movement" in the City Council, confronted each other.
The argument between them started after Lile Liparteliani answered Revaz Sokhadze with retorts when he gave a speech on the "Laguna Vere" issue.
Later, another verbal confrontation took place at the session. This time, the verbal altercation followed the speech of Goga Oniani, a member of the "National Movement" faction, which was protested by members of the "Georgian Dream" council, and Avtandil Tsintsadze called it shameful and violent.
