Pharmaceutical company BioNTech announced a net loss of β¬190.4 million ($209.2 million) in the second quarter of 2023, the company announced on Monday.
The firm's revenues dropped around 95% to β¬167.7 million in the April-June period, down from β¬3.2 billion in the same quarter last year, BioNTech said in a press release.
The firm has saw a net profit of $1.67 billion in the second quarter of 2022.
For the first half, it saw a net profit of β¬311.8 million, down from $5.37 billion a year ago.
The firm's revenues totaled β¬1.44 billion in the January-June period, decreasing from β¬9.57 billion.
