Borjomi Owner’s Holding Reports Record $704 Million Revenue in 2025

The owner of the Borjomi holding company, Rissa Investments Limited, reported record financial results for 2025, with consolidated revenue reaching USD 703.7 million, up from USD 556.5 million a year earlier. Net profit also increased to USD 89.5 million, compared to USD 84 million in 2024.

Borjomi is part of an international beverage group ultimately controlled by Cyprus-registered Rissa Investments Limited. The group operates across multiple markets and produces well-known brands including Borjomi, Likani, Bakuriani, as well as Russian bottled water brands such as Svyatoy Istochnik and Morzhinskiy.

According to the 2025 report, Russia remained the group’s largest market, generating USD 507.9 million in sales, followed by Kazakhstan (USD 51.4 million), Georgia (USD 43.4 million), Belarus (USD 27.7 million), Ukraine (USD 18.2 million), Uzbekistan (USD 16.7 million), the Baltic states (USD 14.6 million), Azerbaijan (USD 2.3 million), and other countries (USD 21.5 million).

The group’s ownership structure includes Erasmony Limited (Alfa Group) with 49.99%, Black Waters Limited (Patarakatsishvili family) with 38.48%, the Georgian state with 7.73%, and other minority shareholders. In 2025, the group also opened a new bottling plant in Georgia with a $120 million investment, significantly increasing production capacity and contributing to a rise in total assets to USD 659.6 million.
