As the Bureau has ruled today, from July 8, the committees will discuss the changes to the State Budget 2021.
The final session of the Budget and Finance Committee will be held on July 15, where the conclusion of the State Audit and the National Bank will be heard, and on July 23 the budget will be discussed and voted on at the extraordinary session of the Parliament.
According to Irakli Kovzanadze, Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee, the change envisages an increase of 3.4% of the GDP in the budget.
"The deficit will be reduced from 7.6% to 6.9%. I hope the real deficit will be significantly less. Significantly, the national debt is reduced to 54.6% or by 5.4%. Assignments will increase by 1,114,000 GEL”, - Irakli Kovzanadze stated at the sitting of the Bureau.
