Revenues and profits of the confectionery enterprise Sweet Country has increased.
The company published financial statements for 2022, according to which in 2022 the annual turnover increased to GEL 36.8 million, which is GEL 4.9 million more as compared to the previous year. Over the same period, the company's net profit amounted to GEL 3.6 million, which is 21.5% more than in 2021.
According to the company's management, an increase in revenue contributed to the growth of the sum of profit.
“During 2023, Sweet Country intends to significantly increase the placement of products in local supermarket chains. This will be achieved by adding new flavors to existing product lines and acquiring new product lines,” according to the report.
In 2023, the company distributed dividends in the amount of GEL 1.3 million.
