Nana Oniani, financial director of "Silk Road Group" declares, that the construction of Hotel "Telegraph" in the city center will be finished late in 2024.
"Currently, the construction of a 5-star hotel is actively underway. This space will feature conceptual restaurant spaces and high-class rooms.
The world's leading architectural company Neri&Hu worked on the design of the hotel and came up with a very interesting concept. Although this project will be quite modernist, the authenticity and the design on which the first architects, Teimuraz Mikashavidze and Aleksi Meskhisvili worked, will definitely be preserved.
The investment of "Telegraph" at the moment amounts to 60 million Euro. The main idea of the group is to preserve the history while bringing new life to our locations", said Nana Onian.
The financial director of "Silk Road Group" also talked about the ongoing project "Botanico" of "Silk Road Group", which is being built on Mtsvane Kontskhi, and noted that the construction of the residential complex will be completed in May of this year and 80 apartments will be handed over to residents.
