According to preliminary data from the Statistical Committee of Armenia, consumer prices in the country decreased by 1.1% during the period from January to April 2024 compared to the same period last year.
At the same time, in April 2024, consumer prices increased by 0.8% compared to April 2023, while a decrease of 2.8% was observed compared to March of this year.
According to data from the Statistical Committee, prices for industrial goods also showed a decrease. In January-April 2024, they fell by 1.1% compared to the same period in 2023.
In April of this year, prices for industrial goods decreased by 0.7% compared to April of last year, but increased by 0.6% compared to March 2024.
