As of the NDI Poll, conducted between July 14 - August 15, cost of medicine has become even bigger concern for citizens.
To the question, what are the three biggest issues facing the health care system right now? - the responses of the interviewed population to this question are as follows:
• Cost of medicines;
• Cost of medical care/service products;
• Lack of professionalism/qualification of doctors;
• Poor quality medicines;
• Availability of hospitals and healthcare services;
• Bureaucracy of the healthcare system.
The poll was conducted between July 14 - August 15, through face-to-face interviews with a nationwide representative sample of Georgia’s adult population, excluding occupied territories. The August poll included 2,104 completed interviews. The average margin of error is +/- 2 percent.
