David Kezerashvili is no longer the owner of the TV company "Formula". According to the TV company, he transferred the share to the co-founders.
According to the extract from the Business Register, now: Mikheil Mshvildadze owns 38% of the shares of Formula LLC, Irakli Saghinadze and Giorgi Liponava own 2.5% (each), Zurab Gumbaridze - 32.2%, and Freedom Formula - 25%.
According to the latest extract, Mikheil Mshvildadze is now the owner of the largest share of TV company Formula. Lophonava and Saghiradze also gave up 10% of the shares in his favor.
David Kezerashvili, the owner of the controlling stake in the TV company "Formula", has been no longer since August 2023.
