Georgian National Real Estate Association reports that demand for real estate has risen since the beginning of fall. According to the association’s president, Nato Bochorishvili, apartment sales have grown notably in September and October, partly due to increased installment offerings from developers.
“After a quieter summer season, the market’s activation in the fall was expected - and this is now reflected in the September data,” Bochorishvili told BMG. “Since September, activity has significantly increased compared to the summer. As the pre-New Year period approaches, we are entering one of the most active times for real estate, with sales typically peaking in November and December.”
Bochorishvili added that developers are seeing greater interest because their flexible financing products are often more appealing than purchasing on the secondary market, which usually requires a larger upfront payment.
According to Colliers Georgia, apartment sales in Tbilisi increased by 14.9% in September 2025, with 4,054 units sold. The total market size rose by 25.1%, reaching $310 million.
