83.3% share of Biletebi. ge was acquired by Digital Area, a member of the "Bank of Georgia" group, in September 2023.
According to the extract of the public register, Davit Mizandari was 60 %-shareholder of the company, while Giorgi Chhikkvishvili owned 40% of the company. At the moment, the distribution of shares is as follows: Joint Stock Company "Digital Area" - 83.3%, Davit Mizandari - 8.3%, Giorgi Chkhikvishvili - 8.3%.
The deal was signed in September, after which Biletebi.ge announced the updated platform.
Bm.ge - contacted one of the founders of the company. Davit Mizandari confirms the fact of the sale of the company's share, however, he does not want to make additional comments at this stage.
