The real estate development company Emaar Properties from the United Arab Emirates is opening a sales office in Georgia under its Eagle Hills brand.
As previously announced in January of this year, the company plans to develop two real estate projects in Georgia — the first one will be located on 260 hectares in Gonio, and the second on 590 hectares in Ponichala, near Tbilisi. The total investment value of both projects is estimated at 6 billion USD.
The Eagle Hills sales office will be located on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi, on the first floor of the former "Rustaveli" cinema. The City Hall’s architecture department has already issued a permit for the arrangement of the corresponding showroom.
