GD Minister of Education, Science and Youth, Aleksandre Tsuladze, has officially resigned from his post. The announcement was made through a statement posted on his personal social media account.
“Today, based on a personal decision, I am stepping down from the position of Minister,” Tsuladze wrote. “Together with the Ministry’s team, we launched many important initiatives aimed at improving the quality of education at all levels, including several innovative projects, which I trust will be continued by the next Minister.”
Tsuladze expressed gratitude to his colleagues, Ministry staff, and the government leadership for their support and collaboration during his tenure.
“I thank every employee of the Ministry who is dedicated to advancing our education system and building a better future for Georgia. I’m also grateful to the Prime Minister and my fellow government team members for the opportunity to serve the country,” he wrote.
The government has not yet announced a successor.
