According to the Association of Young Lawyers of Georgia, the European Court of Human Rights registered a complaint against the draft law "On transparency of foreign influence".

As is known, the law was appealed to the European Court of Human Rights on behalf of 16 media organizations, 120 civil society organizations and 4 individuals.

The complaining party disputes the violations of freedom of assembly and association, freedom of expression, right to protection of personal and family life, discrimination, right to effective means of legal protection and the scope of use of rights with limitations.

"The European Court of Human Rights dismissed the complaint against the Russian law Georgian Young Lawyers' Association and Others v. Georgia registered, the mentioned fact once again exposes and exposes the false information spread by the government media, as if non-governmental organizations did not send a complaint against the "Russian law" to the Strasbourg court.

We remind the public that the Russian law was appealed to the European Court of Human Rights on behalf of 16 media organizations, 120 civil society organizations and 4 individuals.
