According to Iashvili, everyone should focus on their own work.
“For 30 years, this country has been living in such a regime, including us. Now I want to understand what awaits us, how we should continue living, and how we should take care of the economy. Do you think it’s right that there’s an attack happening on the GEL’s exchange rate? We’ve nurtured and gathered this country, economy, and Georgian Lari piece by piece over 30 years. Let’s crash the GEL – I understand the demands but I don’t support this demand to crash it. I see the solution in everyone focusing on their work, wherever they work and whatever they do, they should focus on what they know. I don’t know politics, I’m a businessman, and politicians should do their job, but in a way that makes me satisfied. I won’t join any petition because I have my own views,” stated Irakli Iashvili.
